About Me

My passion is helping you realize your real estate goals!

My greatest strength as your broker is creating a relationship of trust and confidence with you - my client. I listen, strive to understand your unique needs and help you understand the current market. I recognize how stressful moving is, and one of my main goals is to remove some of that stress. My previous experience as an attorney gives me knowledge of contracts, including the negotiation and the timing of transactions. I have taken advanced classes in real estate and have earned my designations as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  I also volunteer with the Chicago Association of Realtors where I mediate broker disputes and arbitrate on the Grievance Committee.

I have lived all around the city from the South Loop to Rogers Park.  My husband and I raised our daughter in the Near North, South Loop, and Near West Side.  Each location provided easy access for us to walk to our office in the loop and to ferry our daughter all around the city for school and sports activities - from Beverly to Lake Forest. Getting lost helped me get to know Chicago! Our daughter now lives outside of London with her husband while we take care of her frisky cat, Piglet.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and earned both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Law degree from DePaul University College of Law. I volunteer with Esperanza Community Service, a school, adult day program, and community housing organization for people with developmental disabilities. (esperanzacommunity.org) I also pursue my passion for art with the Palette & Chisel Academy of Fine Arts, a not for profit community which supports serious artists and fosters adult art education (I love the art classes!), art appreciation and exhibitions.
